Book an initial consultation to discuss your concerns, your child's developmental history and whether an occupational therapy assessment is recommended.
I am a registered occupational therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, providing pediatric occupational therapy to families across the Greater Toronto Area.
I hold a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and Occupational Science from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. My training in human movement informs a detailed, task-based approach to assessment: I analyze how a child performs an activity, identify the underlying motor, sensory and cognitive factors, and use these findings to guide individualized, goal-directed intervention.
My clinical areas include sensory processing, autism and ADHD, fine motor and handwriting development, feeding, emotional regulation, motor coordination, sleep, school readiness, assistive technology and early intervention. My practice focuses on infants, children and adolescents, and services for adults are also available.
Therapy sessions and caregiver coaching are offered in English, Punjabi and Hindi, in the home, at school and virtually.
Years of experience and past roles are not shown yet — send me those details (or a link I can read) and I'll add them.
Each treatment plan is individualized, based on standardized assessment, clinical observation and the goals identified with your family. Areas of practice include:
In addition to individual therapy, I offer therapeutic swimming, therapeutic skating and adaptive sports programming. Each program begins with an initial assessment so individualized goals are set before programming begins.
Programming is available in small groups, which support peer interaction and social participation, or 1:1 for children who benefit from individualized support.
Some families choose to have regular sessions delivered by an occupational therapist assistant (OTA). The registered occupational therapist stays clinically responsible for your child's care throughout.
